Batch Maker allows you to simultaneously and automatically launch several applications and open several files.

You simply select or drag and drop your files, folders, and shortcuts into the program`s window; choose how you want each one opened (normal, minimized, or maximized); give your new batch file a name; save it; and access it via the icon that now appears on your desktop.
